MyLiSEC - How does it work?
The MyLiSEC customer portal is the central platform for managing service requests, also known as “cases”. The exchange of information with your LiSEC service technician is recorded in a structured way in the MyLiSEC portal: data and documents can be uploaded and shared with the technicians. You will be automatically informed by email about feedback or updates. This ensures that the collaboration is efficient, the downtime is reduced and that every service request is processed as quickly as possible.
Are there any other functions? Yes! In this blog post, you will discover five strategies to fully utilize the capabilities of MyLiSEC.
1: Personalize overviews
Take the opportunity to customize MyLiSEC to your needs! Use the three-dot icon in your request overview (right next to “Create request”) to change the column order or to show or hide columns for a better overview. This way, you can always see the most important information at a glance.
2: Filter instead of Scroll
With the multiple selection function, you can filter your requests by several columns at the same time, such as by machine type, priority, status and creation date. This allows you to quickly identify relevant requests. Requests can also be quickly accessed using the search bar based on keywords or ticket numbers. The current status of your tickets is always visible to you without the need for cumbersome follow-up questions.
3: Recycling solutions
MyLiSEC displays all open service requests and requests that have been closed in the last three months by default. Do you need older requests? Simply deactivate the preset filter and access the complete archive of your requests. This allows you to track the progress and details of your service cases and access proven solutions for similar problems.
4: QR code instead of Paper documentation
The machine list takes you to the details pages for your machines, where you will find all the relevant machine documents. You can generate QR codes here that can be used to access the documents directly – without the need to log in. The QR codes can be printed out and placed anywhere, so that the machine documents are always quickly and easily to hand on the shop floor.
